Part Time
Pay $15.00 – $18.00 an hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- First line of customer support (calls, emails, and chat)
- Trouble shooting and resolution with clients
- Help desk ticket maintenance with proper bug documentation
- Assist with software demo with future clients
- Improve demo process
- Assist with analysis and troubleshooting of issues
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring account settings are correct
- Improving the onboarding process
- Resolving more complex issues with clients faster
- Develop online tutorials and knowledgebase content
- Develop better fraud prevention process to allow users to ship without contact with support
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service (bonus for SAAS products)
- Proven communication and client management skills
- Must be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Must be flexible to manage multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
- Proficient with Microsoft products
